Meet Alan Pruitt, CPA

Alan is a knowledgeable, hardworking, and dedicated CPA who has been preparing income taxes for more than 17 years. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Management from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX and then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston - Clear Lake which is where he discovered his passion for growing and advising small businesses.

After becoming a Certified Public Accountant, Alan founded Pruitt Prep CPA, LLC – a CPA firm dedicated to helping empower and inform individuals and businesses on the best ways to minimize their tax liability, improve growth potential, and implement efficient and effective processes.

Due to his vast experience, Alan can advise clients about potential operations pitfalls and craft solutions that are not only cost effective, but also lead to more profit and growth within businesses. To ensure even greater success, he implements valuable tax strategies that save clients’ money and reduce tax liability. Alan vows to give each client his all while ensuring that their taxes, personal finances, and business financials receive his full attention to detail which helps to propel his clients to the next level!
